Oct 2013 – Global Travel Wallet launched in Ghana
Card Programs International (CPI) launched the Global Travel Wallet, an innovative Visa prepaid card for travelers. The new card is issued by Zenith Bank in Ghana, and enables cardholders to load US dollars for use during international travel.
The card can be used at any ATM or POS terminals worldwide that accept Visa. The card is intended to promote cashless commerce and provide a more convenient and secure means for cardholders to travel abroad.
