May 2016 – Vivo Energy and Zenith Bank launch Shell EZYPASS Card in Ghana

Vivo Energy Ghana, the Shell licensee, and Zenith Bank have partnered to launch the Shell EZYPASS card, the first Visa prepaid fuel card in Ghana.

The new card can be used to purchase fuel, lubricants or items at Shell shops. It can also be used at any Point of Sale (POS) terminals that accept Visa. The card was designed for private and commercial motorists who want more convenient payment options in and outside Shell service stations.

The EZYPASS card offers free instant card registration, acquisition, and replacement at Shell service stations and Zenith Bank branches. The card is reloadable and offers one per cent discount on every purchase at the pump.
